Do you like to kick
start your day with caffeine and
sugar-laden cereals or pastries?

If so, your body is trying to tell you something important. Are you listening? That dark red, dark purple, or even dark black color indicates stagnation in the blood, a lack of circulation or oxygen. The darker the color, the deeper the stagnation. And when the blood gets stuck, everything in your system slows down. If you don't remedy the situation at the source then anxiety, stress, fatigue and exhaustion could result.

create a false sense of energy, and although
drinking coffee at all times of the day is quite fashionable - it wrecks havoc
on your body in the long run. Caffeine dehydrates, demineralizes, destabilizes
the body. Sugar weakens the immune system so you're more susceptible to all
types of pathogens. Caffeine and sugar are sneaky - they pretend to energize
the cells, tissues, and organs when in fact they actually end up sucking the
living vitality right out of you.
Want to test my
theory? Just try to quit both caffeine and sugar
